I understand that seeking support can be an incredibly difficult and vulnerable experience, hence I am committed to providing evidence-based psychological therapy at a pace that meets your needs.

I have worked within mental health care for 13 years across various psychological settings. Primarily, I have worked in NHS settings throughout my career and have had the privilege of supporting people from different backgrounds with varying difficulties. I have a particular passion for supporting adults and adolescents over the age of 16, who have endured traumatic experiences and difficulties within their relationships with others.
I currently work part-time for West London NHS trust as a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist supporting individuals with complex needs and
part-time in private practice.
During my doctorate, I gained accreditation as a Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapist with the BABCP and completed the Foundation Level for Systemic Practice (accredited by the AFT).
